Our design fee is a fixed flat rate based on scope and size of the project. Once we have all of the details and your needs, we will send over our Design Fee Proposal. In addition to providing the details we also offer electrical drawings, paint schedules, and more details that ensure your home looks intentionally and carefully designed.

Have a new build or renovation that is lacking character? Built ins can be the answer! If built ins or millwork are within your needs we are able to provide detailed architectural drawings that you will hand off to your builder or contractor to ensure every detail is followed.

Can’t seem to figure out where your furniture should go? We can provide furniture layouts in relation to your floor plan. Furniture placement is crucial in each space. We focus on ideal placement of every piece that maximizes each room.
