Kandis’ passion for design started long ago as a young girl, who when visiting hardware stores with her parents, couldn’t leave without a stack of paint samples of her own. Kandis holds a Bachelors Degree of Science in Nursing, practicing as an RN for 7 years before making her way into the design world. Her unique background allows for a careful eye to detail but also years of understanding the importance of a caring touch.

A career in design came out of a love to see beauty from the ordinary or forgotten. Kandis started on this career path in 2011 where she would find and restore antique furniture. From there she built a successful Home Staging business, working with countless top agents around the DFW metroplex. A full fledge design business quickly blossomed from there and she has been blessed to be in homes designing ever since…once again finding the beauty in the ordinary.

Kandis is a firm believer in the importance and beauty of Home. Through design (accompanied with that caring touch) she partners with people from all walks of life to bring warmth and joy into their home. Whether it be a small scale project of a one room design or a full home renovation, Kandis brings professionalism and exceptional design to provide you with every needed tool for your home sweet home.

When she is not designing she is with the ones who inspired and ignited her passion for Home Sweet Home…her family.
